Students constructed their own Eiffel Tower using a stapler, newspapers, tape and a small figurine which made it easier to view the 3D nature of the structure. |
We broke our project down into three sections: the upper tower, the middle section and the base. |
The Eiffel Tower in France is made of iron and is 1050 feet! Much heavier and taller than our towers! |
Students learned it took several years to build the Eiffel Tower and was completed in 1889. It took two years, two months, and five days to build to be exact! |
