| The goal of this project was to build a freestanding structure using only toothpicks and marshmallows as tall as possible and strong enough to not collapse. |

| 4th grade students used colored craft sticks, wooden cubes and small plastic cups to challenge themselves to build four different structures. |

| Students also planted an Amaryllis which is native to the southern mountains of South America. We are anxiously waiting for the first bloom. |
